PPD CRA I interview questions

Interview process included initial phone screen with recruiter and then 2 hour interview with 2 hiring managers. Questions involved the STAR interview method so be well prepared with that. The interviewers were not mean or trying to trick me up, just make sure you have good answers for their questions. Experience is everything.

There were three interviews; the first one was in English with HR, and the second one was to assess my German level. The third interview, which was the most important, was with two managers and in German.
