Interview
Consists of general questions about clinical trials in India and management of CRAs from a line management perspective. It was followed by a case study presentation wherein I was asked to prepare and present a ppt on the given topic : To outline priorities in the new role and How to ensure a good balance between people and operational demands. Interview panel consisted of Head-Clinical Operations, Director-CO, HR representatives.

Interview
I submitted CV. After that I got response from the organisation to agree interview date.
I was interviewed and after detailed review finally relocation options were discussed. We could reach a mutually agreed option. They sent an offer for another location . The offer was declined by me. The process ended at a happy note with comment to continue liaison in future for per hour services on need basis. However this was not feasible with my full time job at another company.
