The interviewers were very professional and the interview was very smooth. They started with a bit of information about themselves and the company which was a great ice-breaker. There are three stages of the interview process (tech test, interview with recruiters and interview with expert in the field you are applying for). Within couple of weeks after the interview I received a call with an offer.

I had face to face with two IT guys at their office in Canada and another video chat with the IT Director.
