(This person can get bonus ;-) After, you will have Phone interview with HR or manager from depertment you wish work. Then you may be invited to in-house interview. If you you get an offer you will have 2 weeks training -Virtual Clinical Foundation Program (like RPG computer game:-)

Basic behavioral and scenario questions, most questions are on Glassdoor. It is the classic STAR and they are very prudent on getting all the information all the way to resolution so be prepared.

I applied for a CRA position. After a month I contacted the company for an update and was asked to reapply so I did. After six months, I was contacted for an interview. I declined to interview as I gained employment elsewhere.

Interview
Phone interview with recruiter then a zoom interview with 2 people. Asked specific behavioural scenarios and continued to build on these scenarios with further questions. Second half of interview was the interviewers talking about the company.
