The process was one of the best interview processes I've seen. While most organisations say, "This is what we want", PPD says, "What do you bring to the table". The interview was candidate oriented rather than just having a rigid pattern. The entire process barely last for 1.5-2 hrs and the hiring team was extremely polite and cooperative. If I get a chance I would not miss out getting interviewed again at any cost.
