I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PPD (Manila, Manila) in Sep 2021
Interview
There were 2 rounds of interviews. First was the initial / HR interview through phone call. Second was the technical interview with the sr. programming manager. It went more in depth through your experience and there were a few technical questions centered on the programming languages I knew (Java). I didn't prepare enough beforehand so I wasn't accepted sadly. But the interviewer was nice and chill about it.
Standard interview process with technical test and personality interview. Most questions are about CV details. Technical test is basic SAS programming. Interview also explains the processes to be expected in the company.
One phone screening with HR first. About two weeks later, one phone interview with hire manager for about one hour. Then following with one on-site interview about 3 hours.
