I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PPD
Interview
Typical 1 hour interview with 2 technical and 1 HR interviewer. Usual technical questions as expected, similar for HR. Lead interviewer pushed my knowledge of GMP, regulation etc. It was clear from my CV that this was a weakness of my experience however, this person continued to question and ridicule me for a lack of knowledge in the area. In the end based on her manner of questioning I decided it wasn't a place I'd ever want to work.

Question 1
Tell me everything you know about pharmaceutical regulatory bodies.
Very friendly fairly easy. Very helpful when moving offered me a list of apartments to look into. Thorough interview with different parts of the team I was to be working with at the time
Panel interview with three people then the director. Only one person at a time. One interview was technical questions, others were typical interview questions. Started with a “tell me more about…” from your resume.

Interview
Was not very well put together. The interviewers were essentially falling asleep as soon as they came in. It was not a good experience overall. The interview process is long, with interviewers who don’t engage with the interviewee.
