Applied online and heard back about 2 months later for a telephone interview. That went well and then had a teams interview with two managers. They were very friendly and firstly went through my CV in depth. Asked about my experience the trials I had worked on and how often I had monitored. Then it went onto scenario based questions which lasted for about 25 minutes. The whole interview was finished in about 1hr10 mins. I heard back a week later to say I had the job.
