Interview
The HR department is very unprofessional. They asked unnecessary and irrelevant questions and jumped from one question to another without showing any interest or attention to what the interviewee is saying. The internship application process also requires more steps than much bigger companies, which is demotivating.
The process consisted of two steps: first, an interview with the recruiter, followed by a second interview with the hiring manager and a team member. Unfortunately, no feedback was provided after the interview stages.

Interview
The process took one month. I applied online and then the TA team approached me for 30 mins call with them and after a week or so I was called for an interview with the hiring manager. The recruitment process was smooth and pleasant.
I was not impressed though with how the things turned up. The communications between the hiring manager and the TA was not aligned in terms of what the position requires. The confusion and miscommunication between them led to us waste each other's time after 3 interviews which I think was unnecessary if TA knew what type of person the hiring manager looking.
PVH has a very unprofessional recruitment process. I went through multiple rounds with this company for a role including the final round before an offer. After many hours prepping, interviewing and completing the process, they ended up completely ghosting me. I did not expect this from such a company and think it’s not respectful of interviewees time.
