Easy. Went in at the time I was scheduled and the hiring manager got to me fast. Everything was really relaxed, but you are expected to tell them everything about your research/job experience. Make sure you can talk about yourself and those things in detail.

I received invitation for a phone screening two weeks after I applied online and got the panel onsite interview a week later. Got to met other employees and got a lab tour.
