I got internal referral and heard back from HR within few hours. The interview went smoothly, but they don't have any matching openings at the moment. They have a staffing division and other divisions use different recruiting processes. The questions are not hard, just be prepared to talk about you resume.

The interview process was very nice and straight forward. After meeting with the manager, you go to the front to meet with the rest of the team. You get introduced to everyone and it is a very welcoming environment.

pretty standard interview. Asked about background, what I know about pace analytical, and some scenario questions. There were no technical questions asked or any curve ball questions. Practice for typical interview questions and you will be fine.

Interview included one on one discussion and tour of the lab. The manager was nice in the interview but was not personable after that. I accepted the job and left after 2 weeks due to a toxic work environment.
