Initially applied for position in November of 2008. Through a past colleague who I contacted in February I was asked for phone and in-person interview. Day of interview I arrived 10 minutes early and waited in lobby as we discussed. At a few minutes before 11 AM I called the person who was supposed to be interviewing me, also as discussed, and gave a detailed description of what I was wearing etc., - no answer. Waited 15 minutes - called again. Apparently she came down without her phone and did not see me. By 11:25 we were headed up to dept for interview with 2 people. I was informed they had an emergency meeting at noon in another building and would need to leave by 11:40-45. As we sat down someone knocked on the door and the manager stepped out. There was no time for me to ask any questions and they said I could e-mail them any questions I had. So, basically what was supposed to be a 1 hour interview with 2 people turned into a 15-20 minute chat. I sent thank you e-mails to both people with follow-up questions and never heard back from either of them. The experience overall was very unprofessional and was a waste of my time and theirs.
