Met the recruiters at a career event, very nice and forth going people, they pitch you a position then send you a link. Interview was done online in a strange, to me, fashion. I was asked pre recorded questions and then had to record my responses, i couldn't control the recordings so it still made you think on your feet but the system could be manipulated to re-record what you said infinitely many times which kind of really defeats the purpose of the online part, makes you capable of changing and making up a better answer. The interview could be done in person depending on where you live. Wouldn't call it a great process, but I've seen better.
