I applied in May and the process took 4 months to complete. The process consisted of a CV screen a telephone interview and an assessment centre. One of the most disorganised external recruitement agencies I have come across. I was given the wrong time for a telephone interview and when rescheduled they were late again in contacting me. Had to consistently follow up to find out what the outcomes of each stage were, and every time they gave a deadline for the outcome it was pushed back further. Furthermore, the telephone interviewer was clear in saying that examples could and should be from any gained experience (work, uni or school), yet in my feedback I scored low for a couple questions because I chose to include school examples rather than work. A shame because pacific reinsurance seems like a great company.
