Phone interview was set up through a recruiter and "due to technical difficulties" on hiring manager's side, they didn't have it scheduled. Interview was honestly not professional besides them being late 45 minutes, manager didn't really care to ask questions and felt like they wanted to end it quick. Overall I think I dodged a bullet working under this person.
