Initial hiring screen was painful - just talking to a camera with a timer counting down. Once past that and talking with real people, it was professional and courtesy at every stage.

Asked for detailed explanations of experience with cloud technologies that PL use - I really needed to have a strong understanding to answer them.
Process was very smooth. First day I got contacted by HR to speak when ever I get a chance and exchanged contacts. Second day Spoke to HR on phone on the phone for 45 mins which went really well. Third day HR scheduled phone interview with Manager. Following week HR scheduled in person interview which consist of technical and behavioral Question and some white board this process lasted 4 hours with 6 interviewers. Lots of talent in this company and the interview felt more like a conversation. I loved every part of it as I learnt alot about the Job, company and the team.
