I interviewed with the Senior Finance Manager, the CFO, the CEO, and another Financial Analyst. Interview was fairly standard - first a phone screen then I came in for an on-site. It was mainly going through my resume and asking culture for questions, a few technical questions, and an Excel test. The facility was newly remodeled and they seemed to have many cool perks. I don't know that I've connected better with someone better during an interview than I have with the SFM. Unfortunately, I could not accept their offer due to extenuating circumstances but I do find myself frequenting the job board.
