Was a long and drawn out process. Interviewed with over 10 people. Overall seemed like it was all over the place and nobody was fully aware of what the position was.

This was a first-round screen. The person I spoke with did not have a public-facing LinkedIn, so I'm still not sure if they were a recruiter or team member. When we started the call, he did not introduce himself in the sense that he did not mention how the call was going to be structured or what his role was in the company. The screen felt like an interrogation. He asked if I knew what the company did, and the answer that I gave him was not good enough because he told me so. I also asked what the day-to-day of the role looked like, and he said that I could find that information on the website. I have never experienced such rudeness and hostility from a recruiter screen before. I'm inferring that this interaction is indicative of the type of culture at the company.
