1. Recruiter call, see fit.
2. Leetcode style with a bit behavioral to start. Probably a medium, with a follow-up modification to ensure you can reason about the same problem under different circumstances.
3. Virtual on-site: A little more behavioral. Debugging (very easy) and decomposition (hard but very fair).
4. Hiring manager interview: Mostly behavioral with some technical question that can really be anything, not necessarily a category you've already had.
The interview was like a professional lunch, we shared stories about our projects, and then solved a leetcode style problem. The interviewer was super helpful, also very excited for me. The interviewer told me that they are free after the interview so we chatted for 30 more minutes. One of the best interview experiences of my life.
