Interview with the director and manager of the website, both were very nice. Based off the basic qualifications stated in the job listings I met all the criteria and above. However when speaking with them, they wanted someone with much more experience than expressed in the listing. Not sure if I was asked to interview by accident or it was intentional. The position was already vacant for a few months so I figured the need to fill it wasn’t urgent but I truly felt like they wanted to give me a chance to learn, so I ended up feeling a bit more confident. I emailed the director thanking her for the opportunity to interview, but never heard back. I did not get the position.
