Scenario testing for the role to describe - how do you envisage . What will you do to solve the problem.

standard recruiter screening, hiring manager round, and virtual onsite. Didn't get the final offer while the feedback was all great - the recruiter told me they decided to go for a 15-yr experience candidate instead of me while this role only asks for 5-yr experience.

First one is a call with HR to check if their is an initial match.
2 interviews with the team leader and final interview with HR,
