Recruiter did initial filtering. ( must say, recruiter was very genuine,transparent and keeping me informed) Had a telephonic conversation with the hiring manager. Based on the conversation he decided to have me onsite for in-person interview with other managers. Onsite interview process included a case study that had to be assessed in 10 mins and be ready to answer any question pertaining not just to the job, but also upstream and downstream processes as well. Personally I feel hiring manager is not looking for a seasoned professional but an order taker.
