I applied online and got a call back from a talent acquisition employee.
Phone call with technical director, and then 1 hour face to face interview with SE and sales director, which was a presentation followed by questions.
They were very pleasant.

Name a time when you experienced failure and how did you handle it?
It was on zoom. The interview was dirty and sharp and only went for 40min. It was a good way to start the process. It is a multiple interview process's to get thru to be selected
