Received an email from the Senior Recruiter, was invited to the phone interview. At first, she didn't call me because the system didn't trigger "Accept" for some reasons, but then I asked to reschedule and then never get back to me with a confirmation on when is the actual interview date and time then I was being ignored totally. This is totally not professional at all.
