Interview
The role is based on Singapore and the interview experience is not very smooth.
First I received a codility test link from recruiter, and I was asked to record down my full body motion video when I was taking the test and have to send it back to the recruiter.
It is a super weird request and I have never been ask to do so from any other tech company. It may just show how much the company did not trust their candidate and future employee.
Then after completing the test and sending in the recording, no further update is heard, guess just not worth the effort of follow up when they ask the applicant to do so much.
