The interview process: 1/ Apply on LinkedIn 2/ Screening call with HR. 3/ 4 rounds of technical interviews by Senior & Principal Consultants 4/ Call with the lead internal recruiter The consultants that interviewed me were personable, professional and experts in their domain and I learned a lot from the challenging interviews. However, the way I was treated by the internal recruiter left a bitter taste in my mouth. The lead recruiter called me a few days after completing the 4 interviews. He said he’ll contact me the following week with a decision. I contacted him after not hearing anything for two weeks. He then said they were still interviewing for the role and that he will get back to me. After another 2 weeks elapsed I asked if I was still being considered. He responded and said yes and that he would call me the following week. I am still waiting to receive that call.
