Very awkward. Simple questions that you can answer by google. They have a real large scale production environment, so by looking for people that have the required experience, the chances are low

Stupid questions like, what is a pod? Its a real turn off to hear questions that the answer can be found in 3 seconds at google. Like job interviews in the early 2000s
