I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Palo Alto Networks (Dubai) in Feb 2023
Interview
Interview was technical and good ask by interviewer. However after 3 rounds of interviews, i was told the job is only for regional langauge speaker. I was surprised! I respect the employers job skills requirement, but was never communicated before the managerial round of interview. I wasted my time and effort. I advise PANW to post the job with clear requirements so that job seekers wont waste their time and efforts. At least they should a level of hiring guidelines and checks.
I interviewed at Palo Alto Networks (New York, NY)
Interview
Applied via Careers web site and after 2 weeks was invited to have a call with a member of the Talent Acquisition team.
During the meeting, we discussed my experience, motivation to join PANW, and technical requirements.
The next round would be a technical round with a manager, followed by a home assignment to evaluate your Python and Linux skills (likely, there should be 1-2 rounds after that)
Unfortunately, I haven't received any feedback (even automated rejection email) after more than 3 weeks after the intro call
