I had 2 interviews for the Senior Frontend Developers role:
> 1st technical interview - phone call - the interviewer explained mostly about their product and asked me a few questions about my experience and my overall Angular knowledge.
> 2nd technical interview - remotely by Zoom, with a duration of 2hrs - conducted by two interviewers and was divided into 3 parts:
1. Introduction
2. Technical orientation
3. Live Coding
On the downside:
The screening process felt a bit more strict and picky comparing to other companies in the market, especially due to the high bar the industry set upon interviewing candidates.
On the upside:
A very educating experience - both personally and professionally.
I learnt a lot from mistakes I made, the interviewer (one of them at least) was extremely thoughtful and kind, and remarked they might asked me annoying questions during the interview but it's nothing personal, and it's ok to not know everything - and the assessment will not fully depend just on answering the questions, but also on the overall thinking process and personal vibe.
