3 rounds of interview, 1st was with hiring manager , 2nd was online aptitude test (graphs , maths, questions) and then 3rd with the CIO , hiring manager as well as HR , all questions based on experience and management skills The process was quite smooth and fast , they reverted quite quickly after every interview

Interviewed for IT Manager / Project Manager. Phone call consisted of basic background / experience questions. Was told I could expect a call within two weeks. Sure enough, two weeks later asked to come into the office for an in person interview. There were two people in the interview, the IT Director and a HR person. Basic IT Management questions, some team / leadership questions, and a few project management questions.
