Questions read off a sheet, lovely lady interviewing. Asked about availability, skills, brand knowledge and asked how to deal with things like customer upsets. The interview was just with store manager.

It was a 2 stage interview process. First one was Manager of the store and 2nd is in store with assistant followed by Floor Assessment. Easy interview process. With Manager it was general question and 2nd interview is more of situational question and demonstration of product.
