I applied online. I interviewed at Pandora Jewelry (Sydney)
Interview
It was a group interview in the shopping centres food court. There were about 6 interviewers and 50 people interviewing. The whole process took super long about 3 hours as mosy of the time was spent waiting for your turn to answer. First was going around the group and introducing yourself. Next was role play you had to be the customer and the person next to you was the sales assistant and vice versa. After that they went around the group and asked each person a question (questions ranged from behavioural, scenarios etc). Then we just went off four at a time to discuss our availability etc. Fairly easy interview just be yourself, smile alot, be confident and humble
