One on one interview with managers, answered questions and learned more about the company. Great interview overall, was really easy and relaxed. No one was trying to trick you or make you feel like you didn't know anything! I had no sales experience so it was great!
This was a very unprofessional experience. I went in for my interview and even arrived 15 minutes early to be safe. The hiring manager wasn’t there because he “forgot to reschedule” with me. He had an employee take down my information ensuring that he wanted to meet with me and said that I’d be hearing from the hiring manager the next day, when instead, I received an email rejecting me from the position. This was incredibly unprofessional.
The process was easy. Apply online and the interview is scheduled online as well. Store manager will call you if hired on. Super easy. Nothing to stress about honestly. Just have fun and be yourself.
