It was with 2 employees from the franchise corprate office. We sat at a table at the mall. They asked questions pertaining to my previous experience. I mostly just talked aobut why I thought I would be a good fit for the position. They then asked what I would like to be paid and informed me that was in the range that they would offer. They then offered me the position.

It was good and the question were based on previous work experience and sales skills that are required for job it was a smooth questionnaire along with some personal information and ethnicity
Detailed and extremely welcoming. I had to give three rounds of interviews and then each interview was done in a professional manner. The interview was conducted online and they offered me flexiblilty with the time slots and reached out to me multiple times.
