I applied online. I interviewed at Pandora Jewelry (Melbourne) in Sep 2016
Interview
Booked an interview slot online, and was told when and where. When i got to the place we were given forms to fill out with our availablities and they took our resumes with it. There were 3 stations, each with 2 recruiters and 4 empty seats opposite them.
First station: Role play( you have to sell some products) they pretty much just want to see how well you can interact with customers.
Second station: Interview questions ( recruiters took turns asking us two questions each)
Third station: word association game/ tell the interviewers about ourselves.
Post interview: took a photo and was told we'd be contacted in 2 business days.
But was contacted about 4 days later.

Over zoom during Covid in 2021. Asked about availabilities and experience and then asked what is the best gift you’ve ever given anyone. It was very easy. Regional manager and store manager were both there.
