Booked an interview slot online, and was told when and where. When i got to the place we were given forms to fill out with our availablities and they took our resumes with it. There were 3 stations, each with 2 recruiters and 4 empty seats opposite them. First station: Role play( you have to sell some products) they pretty much just want to see how well you can interact with customers. Second station: Interview questions ( recruiters took turns asking us two questions each) Third station: word association game/ tell the interviewers about ourselves. Post interview: took a photo and was told we'd be contacted in 2 business days. But was contacted about 4 days later.
