I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pandora Jewelry (Brisbane) in Sep 2016
Interview
Upon arriving, we were greeted warmly and given name tags and a small Pandora pencil as a thank you gift. I had a group interview in a 'speed dating style', where the various branch managers sat at the front of a round table and asked us one by one a bunch of questions. Each manager represented a value of Pandora: Pride, Passion and Performance - and based their questions upon those values. Dress code for the interview was business casual.
Each manager was lovely and gave every applicant the time to express their answers and find comfortability. There were about four questions from each manager, so only around 5 people out of a total group of 20 people got the same question. We were told that they were looking to fill up to around 40-60 positions, and that there were 5 other group sessions of whom would be interviewed that day.
