First of all, group interview with the store manager, and after several questions related to sales and customer service being asked, 1 by 1 interview related to personality, strengths and weaknesses.

Had the chance to meet the owner of the store and the store manager. They were both very friendly and kind, asked some meaningful questions and allowed me the time to speak about my experience. They were very attentive and relaxed which helped with my nerves.

Interview
Applied online got a call back in 2 hours and arranged time for an interview. I went to the store and met the general manager talked to her for about 30 minutes and got hired on the spot.
