Interview
The interview was long but the interviewer was very sweet and professional. It was more like a chat but she had to ask a few questions which where not necessary like 'how many times were you sick in the last year?'. I didn't get the job because I said although I am fully flexible, there are 2 weekends that I can't do and there was enough notice given. My feedback was also along the lines 'you seem to be a lot more focused on your freelance work than dedicating time to work at Pandora', which was a bit weird as it was a part-time position.

Interview was simple, standard questions. It seems like if you are bubbly and can talk about the brand in a sentimental way you will probably get the job. Basically, they want people who understand that the brand is about storytelling through jewelry so just convince them you do.

There was an initial 15 - 20 min online assessment with hypothetical questions and personality questions. I then "talked" with what I think was an AI about scheduling an in-person interview. Then there was a 30 min in-person interview.

Overall, it was straight forward. Store manager asked a few questions that required me to give an example relating to the question. It wasn’t stressful and it is what you would expect.
