I have applied for the Global Graduate Program 2018. A bit about myself: postgraduate from Harvard University; BSc. Economics; MSc Economics; I was told that they are delighted to invite me for a series of complex cognitive tests that are meant to give a fair and objective evaluation in the process of hiring. I took all of these tests with EXCEPTIONAL results! I swear, more than any of the candidates were dreaming to get! It took the company more than 2 months only to let me know that the hiring manager has already chosen other applicants! I have applied to tens of other solid companies and I have never seen more lack of transparency and shadiness. Danish society is drowning in its own nepotism principle that they call "networking". Even in a "third world" country this is called CORRUPTION! YES, CORRUPTION GUYS. I regret to have spent the time and effort on applying at Pandora. I strongly recommend others to reconsider when planning to work in a company that does not even play by its own rules!
