Saw they were hiring from a sign and got an interview with the store manager on the spot who asked me to come back for an interview with the regional manager the next morning.

For the group interview we had to split into 2s or small groups find out out about eachother then make a poster present it and then we got given a page out of the catalog and had to sell it to are leader person

It was a group interview and you had to do teamwork with your partner next to you. Icebreakers, poster making about Pandora, activities about selling jewellery and then general retail questions
There was a first group interview of about 2 hours, followed by a short interview with a manager of 20 minutes. I found out shortly after that that I got it.
