2 rounds interviews with area manager + 2 different store manager. They will talk you through your past work experience, and if you passed the first round, they will ask you to finish online SHL test, and invite you for the second round interview if you passed.

It was good and the question were based on previous work experience and sales skills that are required for job it was a smooth questionnaire along with some personal information and ethnicity
