I applied online. I interviewed at Pandora Jewelry (Liverpool, England) in Sep 2018
Interview
I first interviewed for pandora in 2017 which was successful and I worked there over Christmas. As I enjoyed the job and felt it was a really good place to work I applied for the 2018 season sales job which I got an interview for. This time around it was a group interview and I felt the structure and organisation of it was quite poor. Staff didn’t give other candidates the chance to talk only the loudest ones, in my one to one interview I was not asked any questions regarding personal experience or skills or why I believe I am suitable for the job, only asked about what I could remember from last year and what I know about the brand. Felt this was really disappointing and didn’t give me a chance to really sell myself. I did not receive an offer for this years job.
