The interview was done via zoom and was overall a laid back interview and felt comfortable. They said they had had over 200 applicants for only a few roles so obviously wasn’t expecting to get one as I hadn’t any experience in sales only customer service.

Quick interview process, asked how i would sell and upsell items. Very based around customer service and upselling. Asked about previous and current commitments. Was a good interview and had very high hopes.
