Interview
I applied online through a job seeking website. They then sent an email with a questionnaire to fill out. After that i got an email saying i had gone through to a group interview.
The interview was held near by at a resort with about 10 people per interview. They took polaroid photos of everyone and took us inside. They asked basic questions and an ice breaker. They then split us into 2 groups of 3. In one group we had to explain what we would do in a particular scenario and the other group we had to sell to a customer something that would match what they already had. Then they brought us in and explained they would let us know.
Not long after i received an email asking to come in for a one on one interview. This was super short and they just confirmed availability and all the information needed. I was given the job right there. They scheduled practice working sessions at the different stores and had a half a day training session in the city.

The interview process was really insightful and covered most of the job duties. The approach of the interviewer was straightforward, yet at times the questions felt a bit repetitive due to the amount of similar questions/cases.

The interview itself was fairly formal with your standard questions. Mostly asked about any prior experiences and if we had any questions. The manager seemed chill and was easy to get along with.
I applied online and was called asking to come in for an interview. I was asked a couple of straightforward questions relating to the job role by the Assistant Manager. I was then called two weeks later and offered the job over the phone.
