Interview
I applied online, and within a week i got a call to have an interview the next day. I arrived early, and went in ten minutes before i was scheduled. They sat me down with the Manager and Assistant Manager and asked me basic questions about my personality and what i knew about the company. I left feeling positive, although there was one job and two days of interviews i knew i was up against a lot of people and they tend to hire based highly on looks, which i apparently didn't have the correct ones as i rang back a week later and was told my CV will be kept on file for jobs, but i was unsuccessful.

The interview process was really insightful and covered most of the job duties. The approach of the interviewer was straightforward, yet at times the questions felt a bit repetitive due to the amount of similar questions/cases.

How would you approach achieving your sales goals?
The interview itself was fairly formal with your standard questions. Mostly asked about any prior experiences and if we had any questions. The manager seemed chill and was easy to get along with.
