I applied online and was contacted within 2/3 days via e-mail. It was a group interview, 6 girls including myself. I arrived 15 mins early and waited with the other girls. Business Attire, I personally wore all black because Pandora uniform requires all black. Store manager was pretty easy going and only asked us about 4 questions so we all took turns answering. I suggest, smiling, proper posture and talk to the other girls if it's a group interview, I noticed they were looking at us from the store before the manager came out to get us, speak clearly and eye contact.
