Colloquio in 2 step. Lineare in base alla figura ricercata. Prima conoscitivo con le risorse umane, poi un po’ più tecnico con il futuro manager. Processo di selezione abbastanza veloce e andato a buon fine

Sehr klar und die Personalabteilung hat mich sehr gut auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Das erste Interview war mit der Personalabteilung und das zweite mit dem Personalchef. Beide Interviews wurden per Videoanruf durchgeführt.
