Interview
Relatively laid back. Very much a behavioral interview. Wanted to know if you liked the jewelry, why you applied to the company as well as knowing how you would work in certain situations. Availability was also a big topic of discussion because I was going to be a seasonal employee, they needed to know when I would be coming home from breaks and if I was going to be able to handle the pace of the environment at that time. They mentioned a little bit of the training process and then told me that they would give me a call in a few days.
