I applied for the job after seeing an advertisement on the Meadowhall website, I sent them a copy of my CV and cover letter and within a few days I was contacted and offered an interview for a date a couple of weeks away. The interview was conducted by 2 members of staff, once of them being the human resources manager. It was a very relaxed interview and both interviewers were very friendly. They began by asking my availability and then preceeded with basic interview questions. What did I know about pandora (background info on the company) why pandora, an example of a time you've treated a customer like a celebrity etc. Once they had asked me some questions I was given some info on working for pandora, things such as the dress code and pay etc. Whilst being nerve-wracking, like interviews generally are, I left feeling positive about the experience. I would suggest wearing something smart and black as this is the dress code once working there, I wore a black pencil skirt, high necked blouse and ballet pumps and this seemed to go down well. With regards to hearing back about the job, I was told I would hear from them by the weekend (my interview was a Tuesday) as they had lots of interviews happening. With this in mind I certainly didn't expect to have them call me on the Wednesday, so when I answered the phone and they offered me a job I was more than pleased!
