I had an online call with HR, had to do an online assessment & had two interviews with my Manager and Director. I had to do cases and elaborate on personal fit.

I went through the first part of the recruitment process which is an online interview, I got through the first and now I have to take a personality test. The test includes 3 types. One being a personality test, numerical test and a reason test.

you go through 3 rounds: 1- online video interview with HR on practicalities, your experiences, and general qualifications 2- online video interview with your people leader, where you get to learn more about the role 3. in person with your people leader + from the team, where they ask you more about your interests and they present you with a small case example relevant to your job
